They have encouraged mentors to use thet talents to faclitate learing across all three of the programs we offer G.L.O.W. Club (Social-Emotional Learning). Healthy G.L.O.W. (Sexual, Reproductive, Emotional Heath) and GirlSolve (Entreprenurial Life Skills), and the mentors have encouraged the club members to use their talents to express what they are learing in the ways they feel the most comfortable. This has created a safe and creative atmosphere for the skills the club members are learning to stick with them into their everyday lives and beyond. SES has also been very innovative with creating opportunities for the club members to advocate for themselves and teach community members about what they are learning.
